Ground beef, Extra lean, raw, 96/4 36 ounces
Spinach, frozen boiled, Chopped, Picsweett 6 cups
Creole Seasoning 4 ounces
Tabasco sauce 1 tsp
Sauce, Worcestershire 1 tbsp
Half and half Fat Free Land of Lakes 1/4 cup
Ketchup (catsup 1/4 cup
Sugar, brown, brownulated, 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Tony Chachere’s Lite Creole Seasoning 1/4 tsp
Yogurt Spread Brummel Brown Butter Substatute 1 tbsp
Heat the Lite Butter in a 1-quart saucepan over medium heat. Add Creole Seasoning ,
tabasco, Worcestershire Brown Sugar and seasoning. Saute until mixture starts sticking
excessively, about 6 minutes, stirring occasionally and scraping the pan bottom well. Stir in
the Fat Free Half & Half and catsup. Continue cooking for about 2 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Remove from heat and allow mixture to cool to room temperature.
Cook and drain Spinach seperatly.
Mix spinach, Ground beef, an Veg. mixture. Mix by hand until thoroughly combined.
Place themixture in 4 mini loaf pans. Bake uncovered at 350F for 45 min.
